- Zilver Raga offers free shipping in India for orders above Rs5000. We charge Rs. 70 per order for orders below Rs5000.
- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message on Email.
- Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days and shipping times are estimated anywhere between 4-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
- We use India Speed Post and/or other reputed courier companies.
- Zilver Raga is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ India Speed Post as it’s beyond our control. We only guarantee to handover the consignment within 3-4 working days from the date of the order.
- Incase of unforeseen circumstances, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 45 days, we will issue a refund for your order.
- Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel arrived in a secure manner.
- For customised or Make on order basis designs, Delivery dispatch time may vary and same will be communicated on Call/Message.
